bread
gardens
arrangements of flowers
wars
baskets of fruit for the
invalids among us
beds
and lie in them peacefully
at sleep
mistakes without counting
apple sauce
shopping lists
yes how we make our own way
as if the way was made
without us
how we count within ourselves
on time
the ticking metronome that
has no sound
like the underside of the
leaf mulch on the side of
my house where the trees
have dropped their curious
shapes and matted into a soft
blanket
known only to the cats and
the small insects that roam
there living their lives
unseen unknown unspoken
if time had a smell it might
be this must of changingness
we make our own analogies
for time
how we make our own
each one of us
is unknown

Do you have a book of your poems?
Also thanks for trying the FreeRice you did a wonderful job. I have a few people that play every time they visit my blog.

I keep forgetting to ask how you get sooo many different countries to come to your blog? I love collecting the flags of all the countries of the world.
Thanks :)

I just wanted to say that through your words I can see any world you write about so easliy.
I would be honored to have one of your books and a christmas prestent to boot. :) Thank you so much. What was the name of the other book? Is it possible to find it in book stores? Will this new one also be in book stores? Just so I can keep an eye out and get it when it's out.
